Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Copywise. The operator and governing-law details below form part of these terms.
Last updated August 11, 2026Using Copywise
Copywise grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the application on devices permitted by the applicable App Store terms.
You are responsible for the content you copy, save, share, or synchronize and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Free and Pro
Copywise Free provides recent clipboard history and the core search and reuse workflow. Copywise Pro adds the features described on the pricing section of this website.
Monthly, annual, and lifetime purchase options unlock the same current Pro feature set. Feature availability can depend on operating system capability and iCloud status.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and introductory-offer eligibility are governed by your Apple Account and the applicable App Store terms.
Annual subscriptions may include a 14-day trial for eligible users. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled through Apple before renewal.
Service changes
Copywise may improve, modify, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will avoid silently deleting local clipboard history as a result of a subscription ending and will apply the in-product downgrade safeguards described at purchase time.
Features that depend on Apple services, including iCloud and StoreKit, may be affected by service availability outside Copywise's control.
Warranty and liability
Copywise is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Clipboard software may contain sensitive information, so you should use exclusions, App Lock, and retention controls appropriate to your needs.
Any warranty exclusions and liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by the governing law stated above. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
