Grant Accessibility access if you want Copywise to position near the current text cursor. History recording works without it.

Choose a different global shortcut if macOS or another application already owns the current combination.

Confirm the same Apple Account is active, iCloud Drive is available, and Copywise sync is enabled on each device.

Original files and folders stay on the source device. Only an encrypted visual preview can sync after you approve it.

Open Settings, Storage and Data, then export diagnostics. Review the archive before attaching it to a support message.
